Credit Strategy Director

A company is looking for a Credit Strategy Director to lead the development and launch of consumer lending products.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement credit strategies for new products, including underwriting, pricing, and credit policies

Conduct analyses of KPIs to identify trends and propose data-driven policy changes for improved performance

Design and execute A / B tests to optimize credit policies and user experience

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in consumer credit risk management or credit strategy

Strong understanding of the consumer credit lifecycle and experience with credit bureau data

Advanced expertise in data analysis using SQL or Python

Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Economics, or Statistics

Experience with machine learning models in a credit risk context is a plus
