HR Generalist Responsibilities :

  • Onboarding and new hire orientation
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Support 24 / 7 manufacturing employees and managers in all HR functions

HR Generalist Qualifications :

  • 5 years experience in supporting the hourly employees of a manufacturing plant
  • Bilingual English and Spanish
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR preferred
  • Detail-oriented and motivated with great communication skills
