THE WORK
This role will have primary responsibility as the FP&A Lead for the entire $1.5B ( annual sales) USW portfolio. This position will have responsibility for coordination of activities to include Long Range Plans, Operating Plans, monthly outlooks, quarterly EACs / CSRs, month-end closing, monthly financial reviews, IDRs, balance sheet reviews, orders bookings, billing issues, manage APEX, Overhead tracking, and cash collection tracking and reporting.
- Function in a business management capacity for the USW portfolio with duties including : program cost management; monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting;
- ROS and cash analysis and enhancement; management of EVMS for portfolio programs to include baseline management, performance reporting, management of DCMA surveillances;
and support to MORs and quarterly CSRs. Lead a mix of early career or experienced professionals within the F&BO organization.
This position is expected to work from Manassas, VA facility with some flexibility on remote work capacity.

Ability to Work Remotely : Part-time Remote Telework : The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate :
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $102,000 - $195,500.
For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.

receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

Pay Rate :
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $117,300 - $221,100.
