- Manage and resolvetickets in a NOC environment; escalate issues asneeded
- Troubleshoot hardware software and voiceissues; ensure system compatibility
- Assistcustomers with technical inquiries; communicate effectively withnontechnical stakeholders
- Contribute toKnowledgebase and conduct trainingsessions

Salary : 18.00 25.00 per hour; salary is commensurate withexperience.
