Job Summary :

As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you'll work under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor to complete maintenance assignments efficiently.

Your responsibilities include repairing and maintaining equipment to minimize downtime and contribute to plant goals. You'll need to be skilled in various craft disciplines to handle diverse maintenance tasks.

$32-$40 per hour based on experience.

Hours : 2nd shift, 3 : 00pm - 11 : 30pm

Essential Functions :

• Independently complete projects to minimize equipment downtime and lost production.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical devices.
• Operate shop machinery and tools such as lathes, drill presses, grinders, etc.
• Modify or repair parts and equipment using hand and pneumatic tools.
• Install or repair hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory of parts and supplies.
• Keep records and documentation up to date.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain departmental housekeeping.

Qualifications :

Education and Experience :

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• Associate degree, Technical School, or Equivalent Experience required.
• 5 years of experience in Maintenance / Mechanical / Industrial Operations (preferably in the Plastic Industry).
• 5 years of Electrical Experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Commitment to safety and adherence to procedures.

Physical Demands :

While performing the duties of this job, you'll be required to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 55 lbs. You'll also need to use safety equipment as dictated by the work area.

The work environment may include exposure to loud noise, moving mechanical parts, and potentially hazardous chemicals.
