This is a fully remote position
Our Impact :
Our team is responsible for monitoring Freddie Mac Collateral tools and offerings.
We monitor and report on appraisal and appraiser quality.
We collaborate with internal partners to ensure cross-functional needs are met.
Your Impact :
Provide support for several valuation related initiatives including those related to internal Freddie tools, test and learn initiatives, appraisal quality and appraiser behaviors.
Provide review and analytic support to the Valuation Team.
Qualifications :
Typically has minimum 7 years of related collateral valuation experience
Bachelor’s degree and / or equivalent experience
Current appraiser license or certification
Extensive knowledge of single-family appraisal methodology and practice
State Regulatory experience is preferred
