JobResponsibilities :

  • Overseethe entire speaker logistics process from start tofinish
  • Havea deep understanding and cooperation on the event goals audiencesponsor deliverables and contentstrategy
  • Identifyand reach out to highprofile key industryspeakers
  • Collaboratewith speakers and internal and external teams to create topics andagendas
  • Arrangeand run both 1on1 and group prep calls introducing speakers tomoderators and otherpanelists
  • Seamlesslyincorporate sponsored speakers into theagenda
  • Organizeand maintain content templates anddocumentation
  • Conductmarket research for the best companies personas research and eventsin the AI and Techspace

Requirements

Minimumqualifications :

  • 3years of Tech Events industryexperience
  • Successfultrack record of attracting and managing toptier highprofilespeakers forevents
  • Excellentfamiliarity with trends around AI data cloud and transformativetechnologies
  • Confidentcommunicating with Directors VPs and Clevel in enterprise companiesand hotstartups
  • Diplomatwith excellent written and verbal communicationskills
  • Excellentproject and time managementskills
  • Proactivestrategicthinker

Preferredqualifications :

  • Establishedconnections with potential speakers is aplus
  • Projectmanagement or Partnerships sales background is aplus
