JobResponsibilities :
- Overseethe entire speaker logistics process from start tofinish
- Havea deep understanding and cooperation on the event goals audiencesponsor deliverables and contentstrategy
- Identifyand reach out to highprofile key industryspeakers
- Collaboratewith speakers and internal and external teams to create topics andagendas
- Arrangeand run both 1on1 and group prep calls introducing speakers tomoderators and otherpanelists
- Seamlesslyincorporate sponsored speakers into theagenda
- Organizeand maintain content templates anddocumentation
- Conductmarket research for the best companies personas research and eventsin the AI and Techspace
Requirements
Minimumqualifications :
- 3years of Tech Events industryexperience
- Successfultrack record of attracting and managing toptier highprofilespeakers forevents
- Excellentfamiliarity with trends around AI data cloud and transformativetechnologies
- Confidentcommunicating with Directors VPs and Clevel in enterprise companiesand hotstartups
- Diplomatwith excellent written and verbal communicationskills
- Excellentproject and time managementskills
- Proactivestrategicthinker
Preferredqualifications :
- Establishedconnections with potential speakers is aplus
- Projectmanagement or Partnerships sales background is aplus
