Seeking asociable energetic Help Desk Analyst to work in our InformationTechnology Department someone who can provide technical assistanceto all levels of employees.

This is an entry levelposition ideal for individuals with 0 5 years of informationtechnology experience. The responsibilities for this position willinclude but are not limitedto :
- Maintain and record endusersupport tickets and other applications asrequired.
- Document problems and remedialactions taken or installationactivities.
- Analyze user requirementsprocedures and problems to automate or improve existingprocesses.
- Read and develop technical manualsconfer with users or conduct computer diagnostics to investigateand resolve problems or to provide technical assistance andsupport.
- Test programs correct errors and makenecessary modifications.
- Work as part of aproject team to coordinate solutions.
- Trainusers and answer questions.
- Approve scheduleand plan installation and testing of new products and improvementsto computer systems such as the installation of new or existingsoftware.
- May be required to provide afterhourssupport.
POSITIONREQUIREMENTS
Thisposition starts working fulltime in the office during the trainingperiod with possibility of hybridschedule.
- Fouryear college degree preferred
- Up to 5 yearsexperience in the Information Technologyfield.
- Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10 andWindows 11 preferred.
- Strong interpersonalrelationships and ability to interact with all levels of theorganization.
- Strong organizationalskills.
- Ability to effectively work within ateam environment.
- Skill in organizing andprioritizing work and following assignments through tocompletion.
- Skill in written and verbalcommunications.
- Ability to work well underpressure with deadlines possess a sense ofurgency.
- Ability to work in a fastpacedenvironment with a variety of personalities and workstyles.
- Ability to be flexible in schedule andadaptable to constant change.
- Ability toeffectively handle multiple tasks and frequentinterruptions.
