Position : Program Manager Deferred Cash Plan Implementation (Contract)

Location : Hybrid in New York City

Contract Duration : 6 months, with potential for extension / full-time hire

Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to oversee the end-to-end implementation of a deferred cash plan transition. This role will manage the migration from an internal recordkeeping system to a new platform.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Executive Compensation and experience in managing complex deferred cash and equity award programs.

This contract role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth execution and alignment across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the implementation of a deferred cash plan, transitioning from an internal recordkeeping system to a new platform.
  • Design and implement an operating model across two administrative platforms, including the granting of awards, taxation, and terminations.
  • Engage with key stakeholders across Finance, Payroll, Legal, Corporate Compensation, and Tax to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
  • Interface with third-party vendors to manage deferred cash awards, ensuring accurate administration from grant through distribution.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of equity awards, including dividends, terminations, taxation, and global mobility tracking.
  • Support integration with various systems (Beqom, ADP, Workday, HR Data Warehouse, Finance systems, Participant Websites, etc.

Collaborate closely with the on-site functional Project Manager and the Client team to deliver on project milestones.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in Executive Compensation with a focus on deferred cash plans and equity award management.
  • Familiarity with Beqom, Workday, ADP, and similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of taxation and global mobility tracking for compensation programs.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and lead complex implementation projects.
