As other Chick-fil-A restaurants have seen success with this, we wanted to give it a try and offer this unique employment option! This is a fulltime position, fulfilling approximately 36 hours per week.
Instead of working 5 days or more, you'll work three 12-hour days, reaping the benefit of fulltime employment while also getting 3 days off each week! Saturdays and Closing / Opening availability is required.
As a Front of House Team Member, you will welcome & greet guests, take and prepare customer orders in either the front counter or drive-thru, maintain cleanliness in the counter and dining room, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile! We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers.
We will teach you everything else you need to know! Successful Team Members will conduct themselves in a positive attitude and truthful character demonstrating 2nd mile service to every guest who visits our restaurant.
In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants.
Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day.
