Job Summary :
ZEO Solar is looking for a motivated and reliable Solar Installer to assist the Crew Lead and Solar Electrician in delivering high-quality solar energy installations.
The Solar Installer plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe installation of solar systems. This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about renewable energy.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit and verify solar installations for quality, accuracy, and compliance.
- Assist with the installation of solar panels, racking, and electrical components.
- Maintain safety, troubleshoot issues, and ensure secure installations.
- Enter data, submit service tickets, and manage detailed records.
- Communicate with teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure project completion.
- Clean and organize job sites post-installation.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of solar installation / audit experience or related construction / roofing experience (preferred).
- Ability to interpret solar plans and manufacturer specs.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and basic computer tools.
- Comfortable working on rooftops, lifting 50+ lbs, and using tools.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Bilingual Spanish / English and valid driver’s license are a plus.
