About the Role
This is your chance to join a startup in one of the most exciting phases! We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive who will work to partner with and onboard large Enterprise accounts.
You will be expected to prospect to key Enterprise target accounts and responsible for driving the entire sales process, from first touch to final close.
With Sprig's value "Action for Bias" we are expecting this person to come in and make an impact quickly. You should be a self starter that is effective at navigating ambiguous situations and driving urgency in complex deal cycles.
You will be expected to partner with our Marketing team to take a strategic approach to breaking into new accounts as well as work closely with Customer Success to expand existing customers.
These accounts involve numerous teams, products and complex evaluation processes.
This role is based in office in San Francisco with flexibility to work remote 2-3 days per week.
Your Impact
- Prospect : Identify and target digital-first Enterprise companies and key decision-makers
- Outreach : Craft thoughtful messaging for Enterprise software companies, and employ a variety of cold outreach techniques to set-up meetings
- Qualify : Communicate Sprig's value offerings to the client's business needs in an effective and professional manner
- Close : You'll be comfortable and confident selling to senior executives and decision-makers, and enjoy the challenges of providing an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced startup environment
- Expand : Recognize and promote opportunities for customers to expand their use of Sprig across new teams and product areas
Your Strengths
- Has 6+ years of Enterprise experience, preferably in SaaS platform software
- Entrepreneurial Spirit - Must be a self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Experience managing a pipeline, and proven track record of success in a quota-carrying role
- Strong work ethic and competitive mindset. You always want to be at the top of the leaderboard
- Adaptability - You understand that change is constant and you embrace it, you move quickly, and you encourage continued improvement
- Effective written and verbal communicator

Employee Pay Disclosure
The salary range for this full-time position is $270,000 - $320,000 OTE + Equity + Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

New York, NY). Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
