Position Mixer
Job Location Burnsville, MN

Work Hours (Shift) 2nd Shift (2 : 30pm 11 : 00pm)
Starting Pay $20hr

Required Education High School Diploma / GED
Required Experience non required - Will Train the right candidate.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
- Correctly and accurately assemble ingredients & record on production paperwork
- Follow blend sheets to ensure accurate product
- Mixing & blending of ingredients to ensure consistent final product that matches customer specifications.
- Operate all production equipment, including Kettles, Pumps, Dye Mixers and Mills
- Complete production paperwork accurately and timely
- Understand and follow all sanitization processes
- Consistently practice food safety, sanitization, and work safety policies & procedures
- Perform all duties in compliance with USDA, federal, state & local regulations, and company policies & procedures, including safety protocols and the use of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Regular and reliable attendance
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
H / S or GED
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Able to communicate effectively
- Able to work in an efficient manner while performing repetitive hand motions
- Be multi-task oriented
- Able to stand for entire work shift
- Able to lift up 50 pounds
- Reliable and punctual; be willing to work overtime when required
- Some experience is preferred, but not required; training will be provided
- Must pass criminal background check
