Job Description :
As a Junior VoIP Engineer, you will work closely with senior engineering staff to support and maintain the RingCentral VoIP infrastructure.

Responsibilities :
- Assist in the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of RingCentral VoIP systems.
- Monitor VoIP network performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Provide technical support and resolve incidents related to VoIP services.

- Participate in testing and validation of VoIP systems upgrades.
- Document processes, configurations, and changes for future reference.

Requirements :

- Solid understanding of VoIP protocols and technologies, particularly with RingCentral.
