The Organizing and Campaign Mobilization team is looking for someone that thrives in a fast-paced environment, want to work in a team-oriented environment, and be inclined to seek out challenges and opportunities.

What You Will Be Doing :

Oversee all components of client account management on a small account or workstream on a larger account.

Manage several different projects from concept to execution, maintaining high quality output and progress to strategic goals.

Work collaboratively across internal teams and vendors proactively solving issues that might arise.

Organize events and build coalitions to enhance engagement on client issues.

Review, edit, and provide feedback on materials from junior staff.

Conceive, draft and support the execution of program strategies and tactical plans for clients.

Develop and implement strategic campaigns that move people to action using research, mobilization, media recognition, etc.

Synthesize research and data to drive strategic guidance to clients.

Contribute to new business proposals and presentations.

What We Are Looking For :

4+ years of agency experience working in grassroots organizing, politics, or agency.

Ability to manage many different projects at once.

Meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work with colleagues across the agency.

Creativity, energy, detail-orientation, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

The salary range for this role is $85,000-105,000.

Due to the pandemic, we required all employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19. We are currently working in a hybrid model and required staff to work in the office 50% of working days.
