We are working with an international defense law firm to find one senior and two junior fully remote defense side litigators to work on automotive consumer class action defense litigation.
Automotive consumer class action and / or automotive products liability defense experience is highly desirable. Salary for the senior role is $175,000-$200,000 (DOE).
Salary for the junior roles is $160,000-$175,000 (DOE). Candidates must have strong defense litigation skills, especially strong research and writing skills and the ability to manage discovery, e.
g., requests and responses and ongoing needs. The position offers a great opportunity to join a world-class law firm handling complex work for sophisticated clients as either a direct permanent hire or temp-hire staff attorney.
Litigation Responsibilities :
- Legal research and writing of briefs, motions and memoranda of law
- Performing factual investigations and effectively communicating findings to associates, partners and other staff attorneys
- Assisting in preparing witnesses for depositions, preparing witness binders and reviewing and summarize testimony
- Reviewingand responding todiscovery
Qualifications :
- Candidates must be licensed to practice law and must be active and in good standing in the states in which they reside / work.
- Recent automotive consumer class action defense and / or automotive products liability defense experience is a definite plus.
- Experience on a full complement of case work-up in class action cases is desired, including the responsibilities listed above.

- Anticipated Start Date : upon successful completion of interview process
- Estimated duration : permanent position
- Hours : minimum 40 hours a week with a maximum of 50 hours per week expected
- Location : remote, work from home
- Salary : $160,000 to $200,000 depending upon position and experience (with eligibility for both an annual bonus and an annual salary increase)
