The Opportunity :

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our dynamic finance team and play a key role in managing outgoing expenses by ensuring invoices are processed and paid accurately on time.

Key Responsibilities :

• Processing invoices : Receiving and verifying invoices and expense reports from vendors and suppliers
• Reconciling reports : Reconciling payable reports monthly to ensure all amounts paid are accurate
• Resolving discrepancies : Solving payment or invoice discrepancies and documentation
• Maintaining relationships : Establishing good business relationships with suppliers and maintaining positive relationships with vendors
• Analyzing expenses : Analyzing general expenses and identifying cost-saving initiatives
• Supporting budgets : Supporting the forecast and budget process with respect to general expenses
• Maintaining controls : Maintaining internal control documentation and policy compliance
• Liaising : Acting as a liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders on cost control problems and contract infractions
• Reviewing procedures : Reviewing applicable procedures and suggesting enhancements and improvements

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable analyst role.
• Proficient in basic accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Self-starter, highly proactive with strong ability to work with minimal guidance and direction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.

Salary & Benefits :

The base salary for this full-time position is $60,000 to $65,000.00 Your base salary and title will be determined based on the location, experience, qualification, skills, knowledge, level, and pay of employees in similar positions.
