A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist in a remote US position.Key Responsibilities : Provide technical support to customers through various channels with timely responses and resolutionsMaster the product and explain complex solutions in simplified terms to customersProblem solve, troubleshoot, and create reproducible test cases for product enhancementRequired Qualifications : 3+ years of technical customer support experience in a SaaS / Tech spaceExperience troubleshooting cloud providers and working with APIs and NetworkingWorking knowledge of using log management tools like Datadog and databasesAbility to support a set schedule with rotational on-call responsibilities and weekend support
