The BorgWarner Arden campus offers two world class technical centers and a cutting-edge manufacturing facility that designs and produces turbos, fan, and fan drive components for the automotive industry.

This position will transport material or other goods in such a way as to allow the continuous flow of products throughout the facility.

  • Unload / Load trucks
  • Verify quantity loading / unloading is accurate.
  • Ensure paperwork and labelling is correct.
  • Scan parts for receipt / delivery as required.
  • Stage material for put away / pickup.
  • Reviews assembly build requirements.
  • Picks and stages parts for delivery to the production areas in such a manner that ensures that the correct quantity of the part is delivered to the correct place.
  • Delivers material from the warehouse to the production areas and vice versa.
  • Provides support to the decant areas.
  • Drives forklift or operates other power equipment to transport a variety of materials, parts, or products.
  • Use SAP to put away parts and to pick them from warehouse locations.
  • Notifies supervisor regarding inventory shortages / discrepancies.
  • Stacks materials in designated area.
  • Understands and adheres to current health, safety, and environmental policies.
  • Communicate and enforce safe work procedures.
  • Identify and close safety issues (suggestions, inspection and investigation findings) and their corrective actions.
  • Understands and adheres to current quality and control policies.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Licensed to operate forklift.
  • Must have previous experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Minimum of two years of related experience supporting manufacturing operations.
  • Must be computer literate and have the ability to perform basic MS Windows / SAP operating tasks.
  • Attendance on the job is essential.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment.
  • Must be able to follow instructions, safety rules and regulations.

  • This position will adhere to the BorgWarner Environmental Health and Safety Program by following all safety rules, procedures, practices, training, and safe use of equipment;

this includes use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. This individual will work in a way that stresses the importance of preventing injury, accidents, or illnesses to themselves or co-workers by correcting or reporting unsafe situations, incidents, or occurrences to their Team Lead immediately.
