Blue’s Jumpstart Summer Leadership Program is a two-day immersive experience designed to help accelerate your career by giving you a glimpse into the world of public accounting.
As a participant, you will gain meaningful, relevant experience as you network with other college students and potential future colleagues! You will expand your leadership skills through exciting activities and informational presentations.
It’s a great opportunity to get a jumpstart on your career in public accounting!
This year’s program will be held in Cincinnati, OH during June 2025. Specific dates will be announced soon!
Blue & Co. covers all expenses related to the program, including hotel if needed.
Qualifications for the Program :
- Rising Sophomore, Junior or Senior.
- Strong academic performance (Minimum GPA 3.2).
- Accounting major on track to meet the 150-credit hour CPA requirement. We will also give consideration to candidates who are in Accounting-related majors with the desire to explore opportunities in a Consulting firm.
- Demonstrated leadership skills including a history of extra-curricular or volunteer activities.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis.
