Our client is looking for a CNC MasterMachinist to join their team!

Job Description :

Independently setup and operate Mill Turn Swiss CNCMill and CNC Lathes with minimal occasional assistance. Followsupervisor or lead verbal directions.

Competent in completing setups (including 4th axis operations). Able to adjust feed and speedto meet surface finish requirements adjust tool offsets and / or CDCcompensation in order to meet drawing requirements of / .

0005. Ableto inspect first piece article read and understand programs.Competent in removing worn cutting tools regrinding to conform todrawing requirements and replacing.

For internal candidates aminimum of 12 months experience as a Level 5 Operator isrequired.

• Setupand operate multiple machinessimultaneously.
• Checksparts to maintain qualityproduction.
• Trains / Assists other team members on tasks asrequired.
• Performsregular manualtasks.
• Ensuresthat output normally equals or exceed thatexpected;
• Keepsquality up to acceptable standards with little discrepantwork.
• Performstasks equal to or exceeding establishedstandards.
• Workingconsistently working overtime and traveling asrequired.
• Conductshimself / herself in a businesslike and civilmanner.
• Abilityto react to change productively and perform other essential tasksassigned.
• Mayfill in for area lead asrequired.

SkillsandRequirements :

• Applicantmust be ITARcompliant.
• MillTurn and Swiss machine knowledge and experiencerequired.
• Knowledgeof various CNC lathe / Mills machining including setups andprogrammingfundamentals.
• Adequatemanual dexterity to safely and proficiently perform presetups orsetups of certain job operations on Mill Turn Swiss and CNC lathes / mills.
• Musthave or obtain first piece inspectionstamp.
• Ableto read and interpretdrawings.
• Experiencewith or demonstrated understanding of machining processautomation.
• Understandsbasics of machine shop / materialplanning.
• Abilityto read write and follow written and verbal instructions inEnglish.
• Abilityto work with a numbersequence.
• Abilityto work well with only a modest amount of repeatedinstructions.
• Beteam oriented and possess flexibility andadaptability.

Experience :

Tradeschool certification in Mill Turn and Swiss machining with 2 yearsdirect experience or 4 years direct experience with MillTurn / Swiss / CNC Lathes and CNCMills

Education :

HighSchool Diploma or equivalentGED.

PhysicalRequirements :

• Must be able to liftup to 30 pounds
• Must be able to stand for longperiods of time;
• Must be able to do repetitivemotion arms wrists elbows andshoulders;
