Responsibilities

In this unique position, you will help clients port IGT’s best slots content into their own Social Casino applications by providing focused, timely, and actionable guidance and feedback.

You will be responsible for :

  • Creating Porting Guides that identify development and platform challenges and offer recommendations for overcoming them.
  • Owning the review and approval cycle of game art layouts from clients.
  • Creating reference mockups as needed to support both Porting Guides and layout feedback.
  • Driving end-of cycle build reviews and communicating both implementation feedback and final approval to clients.
  • Supporting internal SMEs like art and writing specialists.

Your feedback will guide external development teams in studios around the globe in creating social versions of IGT games that uphold IGT’s brand standards.

The internal team will use that same guidance as the metric for comparison in build reviews.

COMMUNICATIONS / INTERACTIONS :

  • Interact with the original content creators, as needed, to ensure assets and guidance are complete and on-brand.
  • Support the internal team with recommendations to make materials clearer for clients and better suited for mobile platforms.
  • Sustain and build client relationships through direct guidance and feedback that results in high quality, on-brand and successful social casino ports.

Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in casino, social, or mobile gaming.

Excellent communication skills, including with international clients.

Proven problem-solving and prioritization skills.

Proficient with the Adobe Suite.

Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and cloud-based tools.

Strong examples of both your written and visual work.

Self-motivated, highly organized individual with strong attention to detail.

Capable of succeeding in a dynamic work environment where project scopes and standards may often change.

Internet savvy and comfortable in a virtual working environment spanning multiple time zones.

Aptitude for building strong relationships with internal and external customers while delivering the highest possible level of customer service.

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :

BA / BS degree in graphic design, media arts, illustration, animation, game design or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Advanced knowledge of 2D programs (Photoshop, After Effects).

Intermediate knowledge of Unity or similar game implementation pipelines.

Familiarity with Agile methodology and Jira in particular.

Familiarity with Perforce or other version control software.
