Chicago Pediatric Therapy & Wellness Center, LLC is a therapist-owned, pediatric therapy practice that
provides physical, occupational, speech and behavioral therapy services in the clinic setting, through our
therapeutic learning program and through the Early Intervention program. Our individual therapy services
are supplemented by a variety of therapeutic play groups and support services for children and their
families. Our goal is to be the leader in the Chicago land area in both providing therapy services for
children as well as educating professionals and families in our specialty fields.
Chicago Pediatric Therapy & Wellness Center is currently looking for a Full-Time Pediatric Licensed
Clinical Social Worker, who is interested in working with a diverse pediatric client base, providing
therapy services in the clinic and preschool readiness setting. The therapist should be a team player,
eager to work alongside other disciplines to provide family-centered care. We have a fun, educated and
dedicated team and are looking to add this extra component of child and parent support to our Center and

Pediatric Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Responsibilities :
Provide direct therapy, counseling services, and psychosocial assessments to pediatric patients and
their families.
Integral role and active participant in interdisciplinary team
Work closely in connecting families with services to meet their needs
Focus on continuing education and collaboration to provide children and families with the best
practice, best care
Education : Master of Social Worker degree required
Experience / Requirements : A minimum of FOUR years working with children as an LCSW is required.
