The Staffing Coordinator staff assists in securing staff for absences, leaves, etc., adjusting schedules as required and is responsible for planning, organizing and scheduling workers to ensure that needs are fulfilled.

Demonstrates knowledge of hospital policy and procedures. Completes other duties as assigned by the Director(s) of Nursing Demonstrates appropriate conduct and positive attitude Education, Training # Experience Excellent English and reading skills Functional or working knowledge of computers required.
Associate degree in healthcare related field or more than 2 years# experience in acute care hospital required. Bachelor#s degree in healthcare related field preferred.
Schedule and Hours 6 : 30am-7pm 6 : 30pm-7am Varied Needs to be available days / nights / weekends / holidays
