Team Introduction
We are the Trust & Safety - Machine Moderation team, focused on solving global content moderation security issues for TnS.
Our goal is to provide effective governance methods and tools for business teams by building standardized and flexible platform capabilities based on business demands.
We support moderation strategy management, implementation, and monitoring across multiple markets and governance domains, including business access, management, policy enforcement, and feature customization.
Our core aim is to enhance security for businesses while prioritizing user experience and operational efficiency. Responsibilities- Develop a comprehensive process strategy platform focused on content safety, incorporating strategy operation platforms and capability management platforms.
Utilize extensive functional expertise and strategic planning skills to enhance the scientific and efficient operation of content security, management, and operations.
Drive improvements in overall business quality and efficiency.- Align with business objectives to dissect business processes, arrange workflows, and leverage both model-based and manual operational experiences to develop executable platform product solutions.
Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to efficiently deliver phased results.
Minimum Qualifications : - Bachelor's or higher degree- 5 years related experience in platform product design and expertise in content security.
- Demonstrated strong logical ability and exceptional product insight.- Proficient in communication and experienced in cross-regional cooperation (XFN).
- Data-oriented mindset with proficient data analysis and application skills, capable of establishing analytical frameworks and logical structures for user analysis.
Preferred Qualifications : - Previous experience in strategy products is preferred.- Familiarity with data analysis techniques, especially in A / B test design, is preferred.
- Prior experience with artificial content moderation-related products, or familiarity with Machine Learning, Image Recognition, or Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies, is preferred.
