About the team
The Quality & Efficiency team is responsible for the establishment and management of TikTok's product quality and efficiency measurement system, gaining insight into product quality risks and efficiency issues in the development and testing phases, integrating surrounding resources, promoting optimization implementation, and improving TikTok s quality and team efficiency;
Job Description1. Design the quality and efficiency measuring system for TikTok short video products R&D process. Optimize processes to improve development and testing quality and efficiency.
2. Promote quality culture and enhance quality awareness with internal engineering teams. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement efficiency improvement strategies for the US engineering teams
Minimum Qualifications : - Bachelor’s degree, MBA program is a plus- 3+ years of TPM or PMO experience in the software development industry.
High volume use base product is a large plus. - Experience in business testing and an understanding of software development, testing, and release processes, with the ability to optimize these processes.
Preferred Qualifications : - Passion for TikTok - Passion for efficiency improvement. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, problem analysis abilities, and the capability to drive solutions to achieve project implementation.
