Overview : PRN Licensed Practical Nurse needed to join our senior living community in Normal, IL. We offer Assisted Living with a Memory Care Unit.
Looking for PRN LPN's to join our growing team!
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Provide direct nursing care to the residents
- Supervise and coordinate activities performed by Nursing Assistants
- Responsible for admission, transfer, and discharge of residents
- Keep physicians informed of changes in resident conditions
- Attend in-service education
Required skills and qualifications :
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- LPN license in Illinois
- Recent clinical experience and education specific to geriatrics
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to maneuver an EHR-EMR
