Position Overview : The Agency Sales Associate role is a newly created sales support role within our Agency Sales Team is a crucial addition to the fastest growing division at Ten Four Truck Insurance.

With the rapid success and growth, we are seeing, wea re looking for a detail oriented, growth-minded individual that will report to and work closely with our Head of Agency Distribution to bolster the overall sales efforts and agency success we continue to see.

Responsibilities :

• Researching and identifying potential agency partnerships across the country that fit our distribution strategy.
• Identify decision makers at the agency level that handle new insurance carrier contracts.
• Working within HubSpot to make sure all agency information and relevant notes are entered and tracked correctly and efficiently.
• Performing data entry duties in regard to metrics, sales figures, and other key data.
• Agency follow- up during the agency appointment process to ensure we are getting the appropriate processes completed to activate agencies on identified dates.
• Working closely with our Underwriting team on identifying accounts that present the best opportunities to grow our book of agency focus business.
• Agency follow-up on specific accounts with upcoming effective dates to ensure we are working towards a mutual win.
• Working closely with our Head of Agency Distribution to make sure we have the information needed to select the best possible agency partners.
• Research and identify industry events that would be appropriate to attend.
• Agency follow-up with underperforming agencies to drive meaningful submission activity.
• Attend select agency events and meeting with the Head of Agency Distribution

Qualifications :

• 1-3 years of Property & Casualty insurance experience desired (preferred).
• HubSpot or similar AMS system experience preferred.
• Retail Agency partner experience is a plus.
• Strong desire to connect, build, and maintain relationships through great communication.
• Strong Excel proficiency.
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Collaborative Mindset.
