DSJ Global is currently partnered with a rapidly growing consumer services organization, looking to bring on a Regional General Manager leading a portfolio of service companies across Virginia specializing in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
Position Summary : The Regional General Manager will oversee operations, strategy, and financial performance for four service companies across Virginia.
This role requires strong leadership, industry knowledge, and financial acumen.
Key Responsibilities :
- Leadership : Provide strategic direction and leadership, develop and mentor senior management teams.
- Operations : Oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with standards, and improve service delivery.
- Financial Management : Manage budgets, financial performance, and P&L responsibilities. Analyze financial reports and drive profitability.
- Customer Focus : Enhance customer service, identify market trends, and ensure competitive services.
- Team Development : Recruit, train, and retain talent; promote team collaboration and performance.
- Technology : Utilize ServiceTitan software and stay updated on industry advancements.
Qualifications :
Experience : Proven leadership in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, or other service organizations preferred; experience in consumer services may be considered.
Prior P&L management required.
- Skills : Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and financial management skills. Excellent communication and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. MBA preferred.
- Other : Experience with ServiceTitan software is desired. Open to relocation as needed.
