Job description :
This role involves designing, implementing, and troubleshooting VoIP solutions to ensure seamless communication across our organization.
Responsibilities :
- Design, deploy, and manage VoIP systems, including IP phones, gateways, and softphones.
- Configure and maintain VoIP platforms such as Cisco Unified Communications, Avaya, or Mitel.
- Diagnose and resolve complex VoIP issues related to call quality, connectivity, and performance.
- Implement solutions to optimize VoIP network performance and ensure high-quality communication.
- Integrate VoIP systems with other enterprise systems, such as CRM and ERP platforms.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and other team members.
- Document troubleshooting procedures, solutions, and system configurations.
- 6 to 9 years of experience in VoIP engineering or a related role.
