Embark Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced Therapist to help us drive adolescent anxiety, depression, and suicide rates to all-time lows at our Residential program in Greeley, CO .

Responsibilities
- Experience as a therapist leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions
- A passion for counseling teens and young adults struggling with mental health issues
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practices
- Ability to incorporate clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes
- Flexibility to support the different levels of our clients behavioral health care needs
Qualifications
- Active License in the state of Colorado (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) Associate licensure will be considered
- Master's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field
- Experience in using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities (preferred)
- Willingness to consent to background check and drug screening
