We are seeking a creative and strategic Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team, with a key focus on supporting business development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio and a keen understanding of how visual communication drives business growth.
You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and operational teams to create compelling visual assets that enhance our brand, attract new clients, and support our sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities :
Create high-quality visual content, including presentations, brochures, social media graphics, website visuals, and email campaigns that align with our brand and business development goals.
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Design engaging and persuasive sales collateral that supports lead generation and client acquisition efforts.
- Work closely with the business development team to translate business objectives into effective design solutions.
- Collaborate with content creators, copywriters, marketing team, and subject matter experts within the company to produce integrated campaigns.
- Assist in the development of visual concepts for new business pitches, proposals, and client presentations.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Work with external vendors, such as printers and freelancers, to produce high-quality marketing materials.
Qualifications :
- Education : BS in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Experience : 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or business development environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign minimally)
- Experience in Photography and videography (+ related Adobe programs, i.e. Lightroom, etc.) a plus
- Experience with web design and digital media production (e.g., HTML, CSS) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to develop innovative and visually appealing designs that tell a story and drive leads and engagement with our target audiences.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work, including branding, digital, and print.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual balance.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
