We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resource Generalist to join our team in our Wisconsin offices. In this role, you will support the HR department in all functions, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and compensation management.
The ideal candidate has a broad range of HR experience and excels in managing high-level professional recruiting.
- Lead and manage the entire recruiting process for a range of roles, with a focus on high level professional roles, utilizing various recruiting methods, including networking, job boards and social media to attract top talent.
- Partner with department heads to define position requirements and qualifications.
- Execute an effective onboarding program to facilitate new hires' smooth integration.
- Conduct orientation sessions and facilitate new-hire paperwork, training schedules, and first-week plans.
- Manage employee benefits and provide assistance on benefits-related questions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, updating plans as needed.
- Support compensation initiatives by analyzing salary data and supporting pay structures.
- Assist in compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, and job evaluation processes.
- Serve as a trusted resource for employee concerns and assist in resolving workplace issues
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruiting and HR operations.
- Proven experience in high-level professional recruiting; legal recruiting experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
