Date : Tuesday, July 16th and Wednesday, July 17th - 8 AM to 5 PM.
Position : Administrative Assistant
Location : Davie, FL Sales Office
Registration is required to secure an interview. Only those contacted by an HR Representative and provided with an interview time will be provided with the location information and permitted entry
Schedule : Monday Friday : 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM.
Position Responsibilities
Provide Uline customers with legendary service.
Prepare daily reports, documentation and other clerical support for the sales team.
Act as liaison between Uline and outside vendors and customers through phone and email communication to support the sales team in building market share.
Help manage facility conditions by conducting regular building audits and ordering office supplies as needed.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
5+ years of office administration and customer service experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to travel for training as needed.
