OVERVIEW Provide comprehensive executive level administrative support to the Executive Vice President (EVP) of Marketing and Supply Chain.
Act as the first point of contact for the EVP’s schedule, meetings, and requests. Coordinate a variety of high-level, confidential, and sensitive internal and external communications relative to the EVP’s responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned) 1. Provide comprehensive executive level administrative support for the EVP of Marketing and Supply Chain, ensuring the highest level of discretion and confidentiality in all responsibilities.
- 2. Coordinate internal and external communications relative to the EVP’s responsibilities : prepare draft emails and other correspondence;
- prepare key documents for signature, comments, decision, or action; compile data for a variety of complex reports, presentations, and oral / written communications;
create and / or adapt reports and presentations; organize and prepare relevant briefing or background materials in preparation of meetings.
- 3. Act as first point of contact for EVP’s schedule; manage EVP’s and department calendar(s) including scheduling appointments and meetings, and independently resolving conflicts;
- manage complex projects and events, coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, equipment purchases, and budgetary expenditures;
support company and department employee events through project management, event execution, and on-site support as necessary.
4. Develop and maintain positive liaison relationships with various internal and external customers including employees, executives, board members and the general-public.
5. Maintain departmental monthly financial statements, as well as collect and generate data for various reports upon request utilizing various software platforms.
6. Perform approval of hourly and salaried paid time off, as well as P-card approval for EVP and Senior staff. 7. Manage relevant Bob.

- High School diploma / GED required
- Associate’s degree in related field preferred Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in administrative support of senior level management required
- Relevant Sheetz experience preferred Licenses / Certifications
