Profile.
At fresh and shine we are looking for workers well oriented to serving customers. That they be very kind, that they enjoy their work and that they are respectful of their bosses and their co-workers.
Being proactive and very responsible in your work is also a required strength.
Although it is desirable that the worker has previously worked cleaning houses or offices. This is not a requirement
The duties are :
- Arrive on time at your workplace or be ready when the ride comes to pick you up.
- Be dressed appropriately, that is, in the company uniform.
- No phones allowed while we are working.
- Do the cleaning work according to what was previously explained. And at the agreed time. The supervisors will arrive after the work is done to evaluate how it turned out.
If there is something that is done wrong, it will have to be redone again at the same time.
For cleaning, a scope of work will be provided previously.
- Cleaning supplies will be provided by our company.
- You will have 40 minutes to eat at 1pm.
- Work is Monday to Friday around 8am until 4 pm.
- It will be mandatory to attend our weekly meeting for two hours every Monday.
