Job Summary
Abita Roasting Company is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our awesome management team. You might be great for this position if you have BOH & FOH operation experience, totaling 3 years, which is required to manage one of our 4 locations.
Are you looking for that next step in your career? Looking to work 45-50 hours per week, mostly days and some nights? Our peak business is on weekends, therefore working most Saturdays & Sundays are a must.

We offer Health insurance & bonuses! Starting out, one week of paid vacation each year. Two weeks paid vacation after 2 years.
Salary is negotiable, depending on your experience and career goals with our company.
Responsibilities :
- Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy
- Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
- Maintaining safety and food quality standards
- Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
- Organizing schedules
- Oversee cleaning and sanitation inside and outside the building
- Holding your team accountable
- Keeping track of employees’ hours
- Recording payroll data
- Exposure to financial reports and how to control them
- Ordering food, linens, gloves and other supplies while staying within budget limitations
- Significant experience in recruiting
