Schedule : Mono-Fri 8-5 requires flexibility or )T when needed
Position Overview :
As a Payroll Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate payroll records and ensuring timely processing.
This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks, and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform 10-key data entry and manage a high volume of payroll-related data with accuracy.
Process payroll in a timely manner, adhering to strict deadlines.
Work closely with team members to ensure compliance and accuracy in payroll submissions.
Assist with data reconciliation and reporting as needed.
Be available to work additional hours during peak periods, including holidays, weekends, and weekdays, as necessary.
Qualifications :
2+ years experience processing payroll
Proven experience in data entry, preferably in a payroll or finance-related role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with payroll systems and processes is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
