We are seeking an PT Therapist to join our team in Des Moines, IA! Schedule : M, W, Th 4 : 30pm - 8 : 30pm

Located in the heart of Des Moines, Iowa, Pasadena Villa Outpatient – Des Moines specializes in the treatment of adults, 18 years and older, facing a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, major depressive disorders, and personality disorders. Position Summary

The Therapist is responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions for clients in a specialized Outpatient facility. Position is responsible for assessing the therapeutic needs of the individuals and families, and for developing appropriate treatment. Therapists act as the primary contact for clients and families throughout the treatment process and serve as a client advocate with the treatment team. Position acts as a liaison with referral sources, clinical partners, and individuals to coordinate care throughout the treatment process.

Essential Responsibilities

Education and Experience

Position requires a master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy or psychology. Must hold Iowa State licensure (LMSW, LMHC, or Temporary MHC), in good standing. Position requires a minimum of two (1) years experience working with clients with clients with primary mental health diagnosis.
