Seeking an experienced Hotel Assistant General Manager. Pay range is wide. $70,000 to $90,000 depending on experience and with incentive.
Job Duties Include :
- Will lead activities at corporate Hotel level
- Works closely with Talent Acquisition Team on high volume hiring
- Ensures vendor partners are in line with company values
- Participates in sales and service initiatives
- Ensures client satisfaction
- Ensures operations are within budget
- Travels up to 40% of time.
- 2 Years as a Hotel Assistant General Manager or Director of Operations
- Ability to Travel 40 Percent of time
