Role Overview : Dual Hotel General Manager
The role of the Dual Hotel General Manager is pivotal in overseeing the hotel's operations, managing daily staff activities, enhancing guest and client relationships, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
This position demands an individual who can provide visionary leadership and strategic planning across all departments, including Rooms Division, Sales, Engineering, Catering and Conference Management, Third-Party Vendors, and Food and Beverage departments.
The ideal candidate will adeptly balance operational efficiency with guest satisfaction, spearhead changes in response to evolving guest needs, market trends, and competition, aiming to maintain our leading position while driving superb financial outcomes.
Salary : $130K - $150,000 + 40% Bonus

Who You Are :
- A steadfast supporter of operational success, able to inspire and lead a team effectively
- Possess at least five years of experience in a similar role within a comparable hotel setting, demonstrating exceptional profit and guest service achievements
- Preferably holding a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related fields
- Exhibiting a strong track record in the hospitality industry with Marriott & Hilton experience
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and adapt to changing schedules
