As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, assisting them in finding the perfect vehicle that meets their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process from start to finish.

Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their budget and requirements
- Conduct test drives and provide product demonstrations
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to reach a mutually beneficial agreement
- Collaborate with the finance department to secure financing or lease plans for customers
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our inventory, pricing, and promotions
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues
- Follow up with customers to maintain relationships and promote repeat business
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Requirements
- Prior experience in automotive sales or a similar sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
