What you’ll be doing :
- Interact regularly with technical and non-technical users in an understandable and concise manner while solving both hardware and software related technical issues
- Service a variety of computer hardware, diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, and repairing Macs and PCs, laptops, monitors, and other IT equipment.
- Using Azure Active Directory
- Using mdm to manage Windows & Mac computer environment
- Using Microsoft 365 administration
- Experience with Microsoft Teams administration, including but not limited to phones, videoconferencing, file management and application approval
- Handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request
- Participate in onsite on-call rotation Thursday 5 : 30-7 : 30, Sunday 7 : 30 12 : 30 every 7 weeks
- Occasional travel between campuses to handle IT issues and projects
What you need to be part of the team :
- Minimum of 2 years of computer technical experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, preferred
- Experience with MDM and Office 365 administration
- Customer service mindset
