We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Director to join our team at SSG in a remote and national role.
As the National Sales Director (NSD), you will play a crucial role in leading our sales team to drive revenue and expand our customer base in Recurring Account Sales, Unit Franchise Sales, and Special Service (one-time) Sales.
Reporting Structure :
- Reports directly to the CEO
- Dotted-line oversight and support of Regional Directors (RD), Outside Sales Reps (OSR), Office Managers (OM), and Franchise Business Consultants (FBC)
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Lead and motivate the sales teams to meet and exceed targets
- Support the recruitment of top sales talent
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Design / modify onboarding, training, and performance improvement plans
- Provide routine reporting to senior leadership
- Office visits and travel (expected 8-15 days / month)
- Presenter at SSG Annual Meeting
- Leader of National Sales Summit
- Host of virtual Monthly Sales Collaboration
- Owner / Creator / Modifier of all physical and digital resources related to sales process
Requirements :
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM systems
- Ability to travel as needed Preferred Skills :

COMPENSATION :
- EXPECTED TOTAL COMPENSATION : $120,000 - $160,000 (though the ceiling is uncapped)
- Annual Bonus $15k - $20k+
- Quarterly Bonus $10k - $15k+
- Base Salary $70k - $80k+
