Staffinders, Inc. is looking for an in house Recruiter to work as the HR arm to our clients at our Cuyahoga Falls, OH office.

We are one of the fastest growing local recruiting companies in the industry, and we're looking for top talent!

Our recruiters hire for a range of contract to permanent positions. The right candidate will be willing to go above and beyond to exceed the expectations of our clients.

Our firm is working with some of the nation’s most premier employers. Applicants should have a professional background in customer service, human resources, or sales.

Regional Recruiter Job Duties include :

• Scheduling, screening, interviewing, and hiring stellar talent.
• Follow client requirements and preform necessary background checks and drug testing.
• Utilizing Social Media, job boards, career fairs, and advertising to source talent.
• Working fast paced as a team / individually to get positions filled.
• Setting candidates up for payroll and job preparation.
• Keeping in close communication with clients and candidates on a continued basis.
• Keeping on the "look out" for new job leads and orders.
• Creating creative advertising campaigns.
• Making sure processes and goals are being followed and reached.
• Using community outreach to create a network to help with placing qualified candidates.
• Work proficiently with our ATS system and other systems to stay organized and document information correctly and timely.
• Promote our company and opportunities by using Social Media platforms.

Regional Recruiter Job Duties include :

• Be outgoing with an upbeat personality.
• Must have a can do attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong grammar, spelling, and proof-reading skills.
• Heavy experience meeting with important clients and vendors.
• Proficient with computers, Social Media platforms, and ability to quickly learn new software.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Ability to take control and successfully complete projects in a timely manner.
• Ability to identify issues and problem solve.
• Experience in customer service, sales, management, or human resources.
• Be a self-starter and manage your time successfully.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and be able to commute locally.

• Avionte ATS / VMS System
• Other ATS / VMS Systems
• Microsoft Suite applications
• Outlook
• Job Board Sites (Zip Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, Career Builder etc.)
• Social Media Sites
