Design & Sales Assistance

As a Design & Sales Assistant, you'll be responsible for meeting with residential clients to gain information on their kitchen and / or bath remodeling project, generating estimates, and making the sale and your client's project vision come true.

Job Responsibilities :

• Shadow designers in the showroom during design appointments.
• Greeting potential clients and creating a positive first impression for their visit to our showroom.
• Assists Lead Designer with :
• Drawings, layouts and renderings via hand, 2020 or Sketchup.
• Completing the Sales Spec Sheets and / or Job Sheets.
• Customer interaction, principally making notes about customers' selections and preparing samples for designers to work with customers.
• Clients showroom meetings and assist in product selections.
• Keeps records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries and / or comments.
• Spend time in the field observing kitchen and bathroom project field measures, design consultations, deliveries and installations.
• Responsible for learning all lines carried : cabinets, countertops, tile, hardware, sinks, etc.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, ensures samples are put up and the displays remained updated.
• Explore and present new ideas for showroom displays.
• Pick up and deliver tile, as needed, to job sites.
• Ordering decorative hardware and other products as needed.
• Ensures full customer satisfaction and maintains a friendly, helpful demeanor.

Schedule / Compensation :

• Part-Time : 30 hours per week
• Schedule : Monday-Friday, Occasional Saturdays.
• Compensation : Hourly

Women-owned, since 2005, Creative Cabinets and Fine Finishes (CCFF) came about when founder Jennifer Hill decided to redesign her own kitchen.

Using her eye for creativity and design, Jenna realized that it was the actual process itself that proved the most difficult.

Finding the right products and materials as well as organizing and entrusting subcontractors proved to be amonumental task.

She knew there must be a better way.For more than a decade, CCFF has been designing and refinishing kitchens and baths throughout metro-Atlanta, and along the way has discovered the best products and refined the best processes to help make home improvement a better experience.
