Job Description : Your Impact
We are seeking a passionate and proactive Controller to lead our Accounting and Finance teams. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to not only ensuring our financials are timely and accurate but also nurturing a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
Job Duties : How You Win Everyday
- Oversee the daily operations of the AR / AP teams, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial regulations
- Maintain the integrity of financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Dive into problem-solving and address any financial discrepancies or challenges promptly and effectively
- Foster an environment of growth by mentoring team members, providing training opportunities, and encouraging professional development
- Celebrate team and individual wins to build morale and enhance team cohesion
- Prepare timely financial statements, reports, and analyses to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes and support overall business objectives
Qualifications : What You Offer
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Proven track record of strong leadership and managing people
- A background in accounting or finance
- Experience in financial reporting and compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
