Ability to Obtain and Maintain a Secret Clearance
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Resolves problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
- Participates in development of software applications.
- Instructs, assigns, directs, and checks the work of other software developers on development team.
- Acts as team leader on projects.
- Will be using application programming interfaces using in X12 / EDI, WTX, ITX, Mercator, and Data Stage integration tool.
- Will also be using low-code / no-code business process modeling notation (BPMN) tools.
- Performs agile and hybrid low-code application development
- Works as part of a team and provides 24x7 support when / if required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor of Science in a related field, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Programming, etc.
- 5-10 years" experience with strong technical knowledge of Websphere Transformation Extender (WTX or ITX), Mercator, Data Stage, Web Methods, or other ETL tools
- Experience with Unix or Linux systems
- Experience with EDI Integration Tools
- Ability to deliver solutions that meet the identified acceptance criteria.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Security + Certification will be required, but as long as the candidate is willing and capable that"s not a requirement up front.
- Ability to be hands-on in this role to develop professional documentation and other written materials.
- Considerable experience in requirements analysis, testing, documentation
- Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at time of proposal submission.
- DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification : Category IATM Level II and relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance
- Preferred experience in environments with rigorous change / configuration management processes
