Responsibilities
- Generate sales for personal lines insurance through personal relationships and current client-base
- Craft and present compelling insurance proposals, guiding potential clients to make informed decisions that resonate with their needs.
- Be the trusted advisor, educating clients on insurance solutions that align perfectly with their unique circumstances.
- Harness our state-of-the-art technology stack, including CRM and sales software, to streamline communication and enhance client engagement.
- Navigate and comply with the underwriting guidelines of multiple carriers, ensuring a seamless and ethical sales process.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with your team members, fostering a culture of unity and shared success.
Requirement
- Must already possess a valid NC Property & Casualty Insurance license
- A background in insurance, with at least 1 year of industry experience, sales or otherwise.
- An innate desire to learn, adapt, and excel, coupled with a coachable and proactive mindset.
- A positive and enthusiastic personality.
- Self-motivated, with a keen sense of urgency and a goal-oriented approach.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to connect and collaborate.
- Problem-solving prowess and the ability to navigate challenges with grace.
