A healthy work life balance is essential :

• Monday - Friday - (4) 10-hour shifts
• No weekends or holidays
• You will focus on member engagement, fitness training, program development...and not selling memberships!

You qualify for this exciting opportunity with :

• Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or related field
• ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NASM, or NSCA certification
• Current CPR / AED and First Aid Certifications (American Red Cross or American Heart Association), in-person skills component required
• Group exercise experience

A day in the life of a Corporate Fitness Works Team Leader :

• Creates a warm and friendly environment that fosters an exceptional member experience
• Builds connections with members and anticipates their needs with proactive customer service
• Assists with developing and implementing creative incentive and well-being programs to ensure ongoing member engagement
• Develops customized workout plans for members to help them reach their personal fitness goals
• Leads new and innovative group exercise classes
• Assists the team in overseeing general facility operations
• Demonstrates commitment to professional growth through industry and company involvement and goal-setting
• Support CFW Culture and initiatives
